Joanna Hawkes

Joanna is a dentsu career veteran, having spent the past 16 years of her career working across dentsu’s media agencies – Carat, 360i, dentsuX and iProspect. Most recently, she worked on the dentsu Solutions team, building upon her extensive experience within the network to drive greater strategic collaboration and business growth between across agencies and client groups.

Strategy has been a core focus for Joanna throughout her tenure, and across her time at dentsu she has helped lead and orchestrate the strategic component of integrated new business pitches, securing major wins helping to redefine the agency’s work in the marketplace.

Joanna is driven by her innate curiousity to do things differently. Her personal values and desire to drive positive change align with Carat’s Designing for People philosophy of building rewarding media experiences that make everyday life better. She is thrilled to be part of Carat’s next stage of growth and to re-define the value client brands play in the lives of their consumers.
