Claudia Howard

Claudia  is responsible for client leadership, team management, operational organisation, quality control, commercial alignment and overall cross agency input for the clients that she manages. 

Claudia has a genuine passion for getting under the skin of her client's business and working with them as a true part of their team. She also strongly believes in the power of a brilliant cross functional team – bringing together the strength and breadth of talent from across Carat to support a client’s business goals. 

Claudia prides herself on working with fast paced businesses who are looking for swift and aggressive growth - luckily we have plenty of those to work with in Manchester!  Managing a team is another of her passions and priorities, ensuring that they are maintaining a healthy work/life balance is essential.

Claudia spent the last 13 years of her career working across a broad range of clients in London agencies and made the bold move to move back to her native North Wales over 2 years ago at which point she joined Carat in Manchester. Claudia says, "I absolutely love my new country life and am delighted to be a part of dentsu."
