Report finds “Dentsu places media and marketing innovation at the center of its clients’ audience and brand activations," with holding company receiving highest score in Strategy category among evaluated providers
Dentsu today announced that it was named a Leader in “The Forrester Wave™: Media Management Services, Q4 2024” by Forrester Research, Inc.
Comprising media agencies Carat, dentsu X, and iProspect, dentsu received the highest score in the Strategy category, among evaluated providers, and is the only vendor to receive the highest possible score in the Vision criterion. Dentsu also received the highest scores possible in the Global Delivery Strategy, and Pricing Flexibility and Transparency criteria within this category. Dentsu received the highest score possible in the Media and Advertising Operations criterion and is also the only vendor evaluated as a Leader to receive the highest possible score in the Performance Media criterion.
One of the recommendations in Forrester’s report is for brands to consider providers that “prioritize a mutually beneficial, outcomes-focused commercial model.” The report then goes on to highlight dentsu as a provider who can deliver just that, stating, “dentsu’s approach to pricing reflects models to fund innovation and mutual agency/client benefit."
"Dentsu is proud to be named a Leader in this Forrester Wave, which we believe is due to our clarity of vision and our expertise in delivering the capabilities we've found that clients need to succeed in today’s algorithm-driven landscape, such as Merkury audience strategy, performance marketing, operational excellence, and global scale. We are confident that our commitment and focus on the craft of media++ planning and activation specialists is what sets us apart and enables us to innovate and create impact for our clients,” said Will Swayne, Global Practice President – Media, dentsu.
