Sean has over twenty years of experience in media and full service agencies, which have seen him work at four of the major networks as well as small independents within global and UK specific roles. He started out as graduate trainee at J Walter Thompson and moved to Universal McCann before spending a decade at MediaCom, latterly overseeing strategy, planning, research and marketing effectiveness for the UK.
Sean has spent almost a decade in global strategy leadership roles first at Zenith and now Carat. He has worked on some of the world’s most inspiring brands including L’Oreal, Sky, Coca Cola and Volkswagen and spoken at major industry events including Cannes Lions.
Sean currently leads the Carat Global strategy and insight teams and is working across all of Carat's markets and teams to begin rolling out the new Designing for People framework.
