„In May 2021, I started my trainee program at Carat as a Communication Planning Manager Trainee. After I have successfully completed my Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Commerce I decided to apply a trainee program, since it is in many ways an ideal career entry. It was evident already during the application process and the interviews that Carat is well structured and has an edge within the industry. The first weeks were about trainings and getting know the company, the different departments, colleagues and managers. It was super uplifting to feel that everyone is kind, friendly, helpful and patient.
