After more than 15 years in the Human Resource field and more specifically in recruiting expertise serving large groups (Disneyland Paris, Walt Disney Company, the automotive sector, energy sector, etc.), Noellie had the opportunity to discover the media sector by joining the dentsu group in 2015.
Noellie started within the group as a Talent Acquisition Manager then had the chance to complete her business knowledge by participating in a group certification program with SCIENCES PO and was able to evolve into a more general HR function serving all media, data and performance agencies. Noellie is proud to work with Carat on its reinvention strategy and organization in a constant concern for optimization.
